Dalia Taha
Biography:
Dalia is a Palestinian poet and playwright born in Berlin in 1986, who grew up in Ramallah, Palestine.
Her first play Keffiyeh/Made in China was produced by the Flemish Royal Theatre and A.M. Qattan Foundation, premiering in Brussels before touring seven Palestinian cities. The play had a staged reading at the Mosaic Rooms, London as part of the 2013 Shubbak Festival.
Her play Al’ab Nariya/Fireworks was developed under the Royal Court’s International Playwriting residency and staged there in 2015.
Dalia graduated with an MFA in Playwriting from Brown University and has published two collections of poetry and one novel. Her third play There Is No One Between You and Me was part of the Royal Court’s New and Now programme in 2017.
